DRSC Concrete, Inc. of Rice, MN, was founded by and is still owned and operated by, Dean and Cindy Seppelt. Starting out as a small company offering minimal services to our immediate area, we have sought continuous growth throughout the years. By adding services, purchasing more equipment, and retaining skilled crew members, we have developed into a recognized concrete contractor capable of traveling throughout the five-state area when needed (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa).
